Where it All Began

Throughout her childhood, Bella Santé co-founder and CEO Tiffany Amorosino watched as the women in her life carved out regular time for personal wellness, visiting spas together as a non-negotiable tradition.

Returning from these retreats, she couldn’t help but notice a shift in the demeanors of her mother, grandmother, and aunts—a restored peace and presence in their relationships and routines. 

From a young age, Tiffany internalized a message that would one day become the heart of her business: invest in yourself and the rest of your life will be richer for it.

In 1996, she helped establish the first Bella Santé spa in Lexington, Massachusetts. A humble skin care clinic with just four treatment rooms, the space quickly became a haven for all kinds of nourishment, soon expanding to two additional locations.

Today, Bella Santé is the Boston area’s most highly awarded spa, offering a thoughtful balance of traditional spa services and results-oriented med treatments. 

Our Purpose

At Bella Santé, we embrace the idea that results and relaxation can go hand-in-hand. While we originated as a relaxing day spa, we’re constantly evolving our medical-grade offerings to enhance guests’ outcomes. Regardless of the booking, our goal is for guests to feel seen, heard, and restored—whether they came seeking external results or internal balance.

1996

Founding

The first Bella Santé opens in Lexington, Massachusetts, as a small skincare clinic with just four treatment rooms.

2004

Our First Best of Boston Award (Of Many)

Bella Santé begins receiving recognition via prestigious "Best of Boston" awards, solidifying its reputation as the area’s leading day and med spa.

2016

Celebrating 20 Years

Bella Santé celebrates its milestone 20th anniversary, reflecting on two decades of exceptional spa services.

2024

Bella Santé is awarded Best Spa, West by Boston Magazine.

1998

Expansion to Boston

Meeting a growing demand for luxurious spa experiences, Bella Santé opens a second location on Boston's Newbury Street, quickly becoming a hub for relaxation and high-end skincare.

2008

Opening of Wellesley Location

Bella Santé opens a third location in Wellesley, Massachusetts, expanding access to its renowned treatments to an even wider clientele.

2023

One of Boston’s Best

Bella Santé is honored by Boston Common magazine as one of the "10 Best Spas in Boston," reaffirming its status as a premier destination for luxury wellness.

Present

Across three locations, Bella Santé boasts over 40 treatment rooms and a staff of over 200. The spa continues to innovate, expanding its offerings to provide the best in both traditional and cutting-edge med spa treatments.

Tiffany Amorosino

From a young age, the women in my family instilled in me the value of “me-time.” I vividly remember their trips to Georgette Klinger Skincare Salon in New York City, returning relaxed and revitalized —especially my mother, whose renewed calm presence left a lasting impression on me. This early exposure sparked my fascination with the spa industry, a passion that only deepened over the years.

In 1996, I brought that vision to life by co-founding the first Bella Santé Day Spa. Today, our brand has expanded. We provide clinical luxury day spa and medical spa services in our locations on Newbury Street in Boston, in Lexington, and in Wellesley, MA, each known for a reputation of excellence. I am committed to delivering on our promise to care for each and every guest, and to support our team with the respect and attention they deserve.

Through our work, I have had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the profound healing power of touch, enhanced by the precision and innovation that modern technology brings. It's remarkable to see how good skincare not only transforms the skin but also builds confidence, empowering our guests to feel their best from the inside out. This blend of skilled care and cutting-edge solutions allows us to support each guest’s unique journey.

I first visited Bella Santé as a guest in 2002, marking my very first experience at a day spa. I was so impressed with the ambiance, the attention to detail, and the profound sense of relaxation it offered that I couldn’t stop thinking about it for weeks. At the time, I was working in the financial industry and felt ready for a career shift, something that aligned more closely with my passion for wellness and caring for others—especially women. Drawn to the idea of creating meaningful experiences in the wellness space, I decided to apply to Bella Santé.

Once hired, I immersed myself in learning the industry, becoming one of the first certified in spa leadership by the International Spa Association. Over the years, I was fortunate to be promoted through a variety of positions, each giving me new insights into the intricacies of running a luxury day spa and medical spa. With every role, my commitment to Bella Santé’s mission only grew stronger.

Today, I’m honored to serve as Chief Operating Officer (COO), a role that allows me to blend my operational expertise with my passion for elevating our guests' experiences. As COO, I oversee daily operations, foster a culture of excellence, and work closely with our talented team to ensure that Bella Santé remains a leader in clinical luxury and wellness.

Jackelyn Dacanay

Brand Director

My career in luxury began in Los Angeles and New York’s iconic 5th Avenue, where I worked with top brands like Henri Bendel. I first joined Bella Santé in 2018 as a Concierge, seeing untapped potential to evolve the spa into a leader in luxury wellness. After founding my own brand consultancy and teaching marketing at General Assembly, I returned to Bella Santé in 2023 as its first Brand Director to drive a digital transformation.

I’ve grown our social media presence more than threefold, introduced AI tools that earned a Forbes feature for enhancing guest experience, and built strategic partnerships to solidify our brand identity. My goal is to ensure that every guest experience embodies Bella Santé’s dedication to refined, transformative self-care, establishing us as a name synonymous with luxury wellness.

Inspired by my mother and her deep love of health and skincare, I attended the Catherine Hinds School of Esthetics, where I completed an Advanced Esthetic program. After graduating, I began my career with the award-winning team at Bella Santé as a Concierge. My strong enthusiasm and passion for exceptional customer service, building meaningful connections, and fostering a positive culture have been the driving forces behind my journey with Bella Santé.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of taking on many roles, including Spa Director of our Lexington location and currently as Executive Spa Director now focusing on strategy and growth. In each role, I have focused on finding ways to better myself, our company, and our team. It has been a joy to create an environment where our guests can take the time for self-care they deserve, and where our employees can build a passionate and successful career. My experience has given me the opportunity to make a positive impact, ensuring every guest feels valued and every team member has the support to thrive.

I began my career years ago as a successful Stylist, Esthetician, and Nail Technician, and while I cherished my hands-on work as a practitioner, I found myself increasingly fulfilled by stepping into management roles where I could foster team growth and celebrate shared achievements. My experience in the treatment room has been invaluable in my role as Spa Director, giving me a deep understanding of both the technical aspects of our services and the personal touch that makes each client experience special.

I began my career in the beauty industry in 2015, driven by a genuine passion for helping people look and feel their best. My journey began in the salon industry, where I gained hands-on experience in customer service, team collaboration, and the operational intricacies of the beauty business. Although I am relatively new to Bella Santé, I bring a strong foundation of industry knowledge and a commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences.

Now, as Spa Director, I am dedicated to building meaningful connections with our guests and fostering a culture of empowerment, wellness, and self-care within our team. My role extends beyond daily spa operations; I am also actively developing our philanthropic efforts to make a positive impact in the community we serve. Emma Bonia

I began my journey with Bella Santé as a teenager, working part-time while gaining firsthand experience in various roles that shaped my understanding of the spa’s operations. From these early days, I developed a strong appreciation for the dedication required to create an exceptional experience for each guest. After completing my education, I returned to Bella Santé full-time as the Director of Purchasing, where I take pride in ensuring that every department has the resources and supplies needed to deliver high-quality service and exceed guest expectations.

In 2022, my responsibilities expanded as I transitioned into the role of Call Center Director, overseeing our Guest Service team. In this role, I am committed to ensuring that each guest interaction reflects our dedication to excellence in customer service. Leading the Guest Service team allows me to support, train, and inspire them to provide seamless, positive experiences for every caller and visitor.

I am deeply fulfilled by my work, from maintaining a smooth, reliable inventory flow across all Bella Santé locations to actively guiding our Guest Service team daily. My role allows me to contribute directly to the success of our team and the satisfaction of our guests, and I am proud to be part of a company that values excellence at every level.

Germaine Robinson

Administrative Manager

My entry into the spa industry was entirely serendipitous. I initially applied for a front desk concierge position at Bella Santé and quickly discovered a deep passion for the field that has kept me here ever since. Over the years, I’ve held a variety of roles and am now happy to serve as the Administrative Manager and Executive Assistant to the Owner and COO.

In addition to supporting our executive team, I also manage office operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. My journey at Bella Santé has provided invaluable opportunities for learning and growth, allowing me to develop my skills and contribute meaningfully to our mission.
