Points are eligible to be earned on services and retail purchases. Points are not earned during a transaction where they are redeemed.
Yes, points will expire six months after they are earned.
Up to 500 points can be redeemed per visit ($25 Value). Points are available for redemption on a product purchase in-store. Points are not applicable on Gift Card purchases or Services

Yes! We would love for you to visit all three of our locations in Boston, Lexington, and Wellesley.
No unfortunately points are not eligible to be recovered once a product is returned in-store.
