APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Scheduling your appointment prior to arrival at Bella Sante is strongly recommended. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card. Be sure to mention any medical or special needs when making your appointment, and avoid the body wrap treatments and steam room if you have high blood pressure or are pregnant. Please note that once an appointment is booked, unless we hear otherwise, we’ll be expecting you. Since treatment and package times are reserved especially for you, cancellations must be 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged in full for the missed or skipped appointment. A credit card is required to schedule spa services, so please have your card available when calling.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors before booking any spa services. Kindly inform the Concierge booking your appointment of any medical conditions, when you arrive please also include these on your completed Guest Check-In form prior to your treatment.

PUNCTUALITY

Please plan to arrive fifteen (15) minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you enough time to complete any paper work and to change and relax for your treatment. Late arrivals may not be able to receive their entire scheduled treatment but will be charged their full.

VALUABLES

Please do not bring valuables or keep them on your person. Bella Sante is not responsible for personal belongings left in lockers and/or lost or stolen items.

CHILDREN

All spa guests must be 12 years of age or older to schedule or receive a Bella Sante spa service. Please make babysitting arrangements for children under 12 prior to your visit to Bella Sante.

PHONES

Your cell phone and mobile devices should be turned off – and kept off – while in the spa. For your convenience there is a phone available at the front desk at each location and our staff will gladly take messages while you enjoy your spa treatment undisturbed. You are welcome to engage in quiet conversation in the lounge as long as it’s in a soft tone. Sexual advances, comments or innuendoes toward our staff will result in immediate termination of treatments without refund.

FOOD

Please do not bring food into the spa. You are welcome to help yourself to snacks or beverages at our refreshment bar. If you’re planning a group visit, our event coordinator will be happy to arrange for catering for groups of seven or more.

BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT

You’ll be provided with a robe and slippers upon arrival. Undergarments are not necessary, but may be worn during your treatment if you prefer. Bella Sante’s licensed therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over your body to provide privacy at all times. Hair growth for a Bikini Wax must be a quarter inch. Do not shave on the day of an exfoliation treatment or bikini wax because that may cause a stinging sensation, alternative exfoliation treatments are available

PRICES & GRATUITIES

Prices listed are per person. Gratuities are not included. As payment for spa services or retail, we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express(R), Discover Card, Diner’s Club, Bella Sante Gift Certificates and cash. Sorry, but we do not accept personal checks.

The recommended gratuity range is between 15% and 20% of the price of the service provided, but the amount is left up to your discretion. Gratuities can be paid in cash or credit card. Bella Sante reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask your reservationist when you book your appointment.

Available for any amount, Bella Sante gift cards make the perfect present for those ‘passionate about pampering’ – and are redeemable for Bella Sante spa services and products in our in-spa shops (not redeemable as cash).
