Guest Service Representative

Bella Santé is seeking a polished and service-focused Guest Service Representative to join our Concierge and Call Center team. We are looking for someone who communicates with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail while creating a calm and supportive experience for every guest.

Position Summary:

The Guest Service Representative is responsible for assisting current and prospective guests over the phone, managing reservations, answering questions regarding services and policies, and supporting a seamless guest experience from the first interaction onward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming guest calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Book, modify, and manage appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Provide detailed information regarding services, products, pricing, and spa policies
  • Maintain accurate guest notes and reservation details within booking systems
  • Support guest satisfaction through thoughtful communication and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with Concierge teams and Spa Leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced call environment
  • Protect guest confidentiality and maintain attention to detail in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Professional phone presence and communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Appointment booking software experience preferred
  • Previous hospitality, wellness, or guest service experience preferred
