Bella Sante Team

Sara joined the Bella Sante team in 2002. Shortly thereafter, she became the manager of the Newbury Street location. In 2006 Sara was promoted to the position of Vice President of Operations. Sara is responsible for the operation of the company’s three spas, including more than one hundred fifty employees as well as the development of employee training programs, and the launch of new products and services.

Caroline joined the Bella Sante team in 2003 after graduating with a degree in Communications from Boston University. In 2004 Caroline moved from concierge to Head Concierge and then became the Director of Guest Relations in 2005. In 2006, Caroline took on the role of Spa Director at our Lexington location and moved over to manage our largest spa our Wellesley location in 2009. Caroline has a real passion for our unique commitment to guest service. She truly enjoys getting to know every one of the Bella Sante guests, and helping to improve their spa experience in any way possible.

Sarah is a 2005 graduate of the University of Vermont with a degree in both Nutrition/Food Science as well as Dietetics. After moving from Chicago to Boston, Sarah decided to pursue her passion in the wellness industry. She joined the team at Bella Sante in 2007 and became a supervisor shortly after. Much of her focus over the years has been helping to improve the call center, which includes the reservation system at Bella Sante. In 2009 she took on the position of Director of Guest Relations; then in 2010 became the Spa Director of our Newbury Street spa. Sarah is looking forward to continuing her commitment to creating an exceptional spa experience for every guest.

Susan originally joined our team as an Esthetician in 2001- but soon after relocated to New York City. While in New York, Susan worked for Bliss Spas and as a Spa Manager of Jillian Wright Clinical Skin Spa. The past six years Susan spent honing her managerial skills and when the opportunity to move back to the Boston area arose Susan called Bella Sante immediately. Currently Susan is the Spa Director of our Lexington Spa.

Emma joined the Bella Sante team in 1999. She was awarded Bella Sante “Employee of the Year” in 2002. Emma has held several different positions within Bella Sante, but after earning her degree in Business Management and Accounting from Gibbs College, she was promoted to her current position of Director of Purchasing and Inventory. Emma’s focus around inventory management and accountability is unsurpassed in the industry.

Tiffany co-founded Bella Sante in 1996 after graduating with a BSBA from the School of Management, Boston University 93’. In 1998 she expanded the brand to include our Boston location and then again in 2007 another spa was born in Wellesley. Tiffany is grateful everyday that she gets to work with a team of amazing, dynamic and very talented woman and that she has the opportunity to bring together healers to spread warmth, relaxation and wellness to our guests.
