MASSAGE THERAPIST
Bella Santé Spas, the most awarded day and medical spa in the Greater Boston area, is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. With three locations in Boston, Wellesley, and Lexington, Bella Santé Spas has been the recipient of numerous "Best of Boston" awards and is recognized as one of the top spas in the country.
Our Licensed Massage Therapists are an essential part of our team, providing our clients with exceptional spa experiences that are centered completely around them. As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Bella Sante Spas, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, alongside a team of highly skilled professionals who are committed to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with exceptional massage therapy services that are tailored to their individual needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all established protocols and procedures for client care
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
- Attend all required training and development sessions
Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts Massage Therapy license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spa or clinical setting
- Experience with a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, and hot stone
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for providing exceptional client service
